Life-Time Craftsmanship Pendant Warranty & 6-Month Craftsmanship Chain Warranty
Your Komi jewellery is protected by our Lifetime Warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects or faults in craftsmanship - including breakage, loose settings, discolouration, or any other issue affecting the structural integrity of your piece.
This means that if your jewellery ever needs care - we’ll repair or replace it for you, free of charge, for life. All we ask is that you cover the postage (exclusions apply).
To make a claim, simply contact us at info@komijewellery.com and kindly provide:
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number)
- Short description and clear images of the issue
What's not covered?
Your Komi is a delicate, handmade piece. To ensure it remains eligible for the warranty - it’s essential that our care instructions are followed.
- Miss-care or improper handling of your piece
- Natural wear over time-such as scratches, dents, fading, or surface changes - particularly if the piece has been stored or cleaned improperly
- Alterations or repairs completed by anyone other than Komi
- Loss or theft of your jewellery
