We proudly offer:
- A 6-month warranty on all KOMI chains
- A Lifetime Hassle-Free Warranty on all KOMI pendants
This covers any damage caused by manufacturing defects.
Please note: Items purchased on sale and all Junior Pendants are excluded from the warranty.
What does “Lifetime Warranty” mean?
Exactly that—no expiry date. Whether it’s been 1, 5, or 15 years, if your KOMI piece ever has an issue covered by our warranty, we’ll sort it out. No stress.

Over the years, warranty claims have been rare. But even so, we continuously improve our quality and processes—because that’s what our community deserves.
Warranty Terms
To qualify for our warranty:
- Your piece must not have been exposed to harsh chemicals.
- It must have been cared for following our guidelines (see below).
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Improper care
- Sale items
- Junior pendants and bracelets
- Shipping costs related to the warranty claim (paid by the customer)
How to Claim Your Warranty
We’ve made the claim process simple:
- Visit our Jewellery Repair Service product page.
- Write a detailed description of the problem.
- Upload a clear photo of the issue.
- Include a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Add the item to your cart.
- Checkout as normal.
Once we receive your submission, our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next steps.
Jewellery Care Instructions
To keep your KOMI piece looking its best, we recommend:
- Avoiding Water & Heat: Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, sauna/spa sessions, or intense physical activity.
- Protecting from Chemicals: Keep away from lotions, perfumes, hairspray, and other harsh chemicals that could affect your piece's finish or moon phase clarity.
- Storing Properly: Store each piece separately in a dry, cool place—ideally in a tarnish-resistant pouch or box.
- Removing Before Bed: We suggest taking off your jewellery before sleeping to prevent accidental damage.
