Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy
During Sales & Promotions
Orders placed during special promotions (e.g. EOFY, Black Friday, Mother’s Day, Archive Sale) are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or returns.
However, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another product or store credit (valid forever).

Please note: if your request is approved, you’re responsible for all postage costs, including sending the original item back to our HQ and providing a pre-paid return envelope for your replacement.
Cancellations
We understand you may change your mind.
To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Care Team at info@komijewellery.com
- Cancellations are only available on the day of purchase, before 5:00 PM AEST.

If approved, you’ll receive a full refund with no shipping or handling fees.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.
To qualify, your item must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Some exclusions may apply.

Please do not send items back without approval—they will not be accepted.
We recommend insuring your parcel and using a tracked service, as Komi Jewellery is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

You can return your item at our market locations:
- Gold Coast – Surfers Paradise Beachfront Market** (Wed, Fri, Sat: 4 PM – 9 PM)

Brisbane – Southbank Collective Markets** (Fri: 5 PM – 9 PM, Sat: 10 AM – 9 PM, Sun: 9 AM – 4 PM)
Processing Times & Postage Costs
Return and exchange requests are processed within 21 business days of receiving your item.
We cover return postage if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged

There was a significant shipping delay (30+ days)
We do not cover postage if:
- You changed your mind
- You’re exchanging your product
- Incorrect personalised details were provided (wrong day, month, or year)
- You’re redeeming your warranty and returning the item to us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email info@komijewellery.com immediately and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards – Non-refundable, but can be exchanged for store credit (no expiry).
- Sale items – Non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Requests are processed within 21 business days of receiving your item.
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
