Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 flat rate
  • Priority Shipping: $8.95 flat rate (Your order is prioritised and packed before others, regardless of when it was placed)
  • Express Shipping: $11.95 flat rate

We process all orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra): 5–7 business days
  • Regional areas (Gold Coast, Perth, Hobart, rural locations): 7–12 business days

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. During busy periods (e.g. special sales), fulfilment may take up to 6 business days.

International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout and vary by destination and shipping method (Standard or Express).

Please note:

  • International shipping times vary depending on your location.
  • Customs, duties, and clearance fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and differ by country.
  • We do not offer refunds if you refuse to pay customs duties or clearance charges.
  • If your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees and you request re-shipment, you will be charged additional postage.
Important Shipping Terms
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Komi Moon and Earth Jewellery is not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to assist in locating your package.
  • We do not cover return shipping unless your item is faulty. In such cases, we will reimburse your return postage.
  • A handling fee of up to 20% of the product cost may apply if you cancel your order after it has been processed.
