We use certified 14k Gold Vermeil for our chains, ensuring a luxurious, durable, and long-wearing finish. This means a thick 2.5-micron layer of solid gold over a 925 sterling silver base—about five times the thickness of regular plating. Yes, it is considered real gold, but it's a much more affordable alternative to solid gold.

Our Gold Pendants are made of 24k Gold PVD, which is a coating technique that offers exceptional durability, resisting wear, corrosion, and tarnish, which ensures long-lasting, low-maintenance pieces. It is hypoallergenic which makes it safe for sensitive skin and it delivers a high-gloss, luxurious finish that closely resembles solid gold, all while being an affordable alternative.

Surgical Steel is particularly resistant to corrosion, hypoallergenic, durable, and safe for sensitive skin, requiring no special care. Since it is not plated, it lasts forever, won't bend, and resists scratching. This metal is perfect for daily wear, offering long-lasting, low-maintenance, and safe jewelry pieces.

Our silver chains are all made from Sterling Silver and are Rhodium-plated. Rhodium is a precious metal from the platinum family. This combination enhances the chain's overall durability and make it scratch resistance. The rhodium coating prevents the silver from aging and it is the most expensive and effective way to protect the silver. Rhodium is also hypoallergenic and it gives the chain a bright, polished look that heightens its visual appeal.

Lifetime warranty means there is no time limit on the warranty. If you have a problem with your Komi pieces in 1, 5, 10 or more years, just reach out and we'll get you sorted.
